Currently, we are shipping to most of the world. We think that we’ve got most of it covered, but if you really want a pair and we don’t currently ship to your location, drop us a line on customercare@immixstore.com and we’ll get you sorted.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Please note that shipping times may vary based on the shipping location. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

IMMIX store uses DHL Express/Economy for all shipments. As soon as your order is passed to our shipping partner, you will receive a separate email. In this email you will find a unique tracking number and a link to track your parcel delivery status and progress.

INSURANCE

All goods you order are insured against damage or theft from the pick-up at our premises until the delivery to the address provided. Immixstore.com covers all insurance costs.
If is anything wrong with your order when it arrives, please notify us immediately and we will endeavour to rectify this for you as soon as possible.
Immixstore.com does not take responsibility for returns received in a damaged condition without prior notice.

Please note that all deliveries must be signed for. In case you give explicit instructions to our shipping partner to deliver your shipment without signature requirement, Immixstore.com will not be liable for any loss or damage.

RETURNED TO SENDER PACKAGES

It is important you fill in your correct address when ordering. Immixstore.com cannot accept responsibility for the wrong address being used with an order. If your package is not successfully delivered and is sent back to immixstore by the courier, we will contact you to provide the option of reshipment or a refund. The original shipping fee is not refundable.

OVERSEAS IMPORT TAXES

Please note: the shipping as stated above is not inclusive of any taxes, duties or import fees that may be charged when a parcel reaches its destination country. All orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Immix is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. You may be charged handling fees, duties and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

 

RETURNS

If you're unhappy with your order for any reason and would like to return it we'd be happy to offer a refund within 14 days of receiving your goods. If you'd like to make a return, please send us the completed return form at returns@immixstore.com within 7 days of receiving your order, providing your reasons and we will arrange the DHL Returns Label.

We do not currently offer free returns. Returns within EU are 10 EUR, other countries 15 EUR. This fee will be deducted from your refund. If you choose to use your own carrier you will be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service as immix store.com cannot take responsibility for lost packages. Until your return is received by immixstore, it stays your responsibility.

RETURNS POLICY

• All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with tags attached & in original condition, suitable for re-sale.
• All items must be returned with proof of purchase from the immix online store.
• All items must be returned in a secure and waterproof courier bag.
• All items must be returned to immix within 14 days of receiving your order and no refunds will be issued past this timeframe.
• All items will be inspected upon return. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you at your cost.
• We are unable to exchange/refund used, laundered or customer damaged goods.
• The cost of delivery for returns is not refundable.
 
Immixstore does not offer exchanges at this time.

Immixstore do not accept returns on Gift cards and items that are bought with them.

Returns are processed within 10 business days of receipt.

 

REFUNDS

Your refund will be returned to the original purchaser’s credit card. We always aim to handle your returned purchase as soon as we can and You will be notified by e-mail once the refund process has been completed.
Please note: If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through www.immixstore.com. In this case you should advise your local customs bureau directly.

 

SALE ITEM, PROMO CODE OFFERS AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS

No refunds on sale or discounted items or purchases made with a sale promo code or gift card code.

ORDER CANCELATIONS

You have a right to cancel your order within 2 hours without giving any reason. To proceed with your order cancellation, you must inform us by email customercare@immixstore.com . For orders cancelled, we will issue you with a full refund. We will make a reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction within 1 working day after the day on which we are informed about the cancellation.
